Medical Ethics Essays - Medical Ethics, Medical Research
Medical Ethics Medical Ethics ? Bioethics comprise every possible aspect of health care, medical, moral, social, political, religious, legal and financial? (Weiss 3). This includes the questions raised by new research. It takes a look at the results of that research that is used on patients. It takes into consideration contemporary ideas of personal freedom and human dignity. It deals with growth in medical services available in the United States and the sky rocketing cost. Bioethics also deals with the medical advances in technology that has reshaped traditional medical ethics. Medical ethics have changed drastically over a period of years. From old commandments to new commandments, guidelines that provide structural framework, classic experiments that challenge that framework, or even how things are defined in medical ethics. ?Medical progress goes on, and the perils of progress must be heeded? (Leone 165). Changing times have in turn changed our codes of ethics. There are five old commandments of ethics and five new commandments of ethics. These commandments come from many years of heavily advised dictates from various people. A commandment by definition is, ? ... a dictate or a strongly advised piece of advice? (Halsey 201). The first traditional commandment is, ? Treat all human life as of equal worth? (Singer 190). This statement is very difficult to follow; almost no person believes this statement whole-heartedly. The statement makes more sense on paper or just being heard, but its application in life is almost impossible to ensure. In comparison to the first old ethic, the first new ethic states, ?Recognize that the worth of human life varies? (Singer 190). This statement allows for variation and livability in society. It gives way for someone to say, if a person is a vegetable, has no vital capabilities, this person's life is of no worth anymore. Without this sort of change in to day's advancing civilization, it would make it ethically wrong to ?pull the plug? (Rothstein 1698.) The next commandment of old ethics is, ? Never intentionally take innocent human life? (Singer 192). If a doctor or any health care professional just stood by during the birth of a child and both the child and the mother were dying, how could that doctor stand there and watch both the mother and the infant die without taking some method of action. However, if that physician were to save either patient while sacrificing the life of the other, that health care professional would be considered unethical and scorned by the standard of this ethical commandment. In comparison, the new commandment states, ?Take responsibility for the consequences of your decisions?(Singer 195). By the token of this declaration a physician can make a choice based on his/her best judgment, yet; be held accountable for their actions. This gives a doctor the power to use his/her best judgment and knowledgeable skills, to do what they believe is best for the patient. This statement allows for a person's right to free will, even a person who is a Christian may more fully agree with this statement just for the pure reason that they want to believe more in God's promise of free will in their life. Commandment number four states,? Be fruitful and multiply? (Singer 198). This biblical injunction has been a part of Christian ethics for thousands of years. ? Augustine said that sexual intercourse without procreation ` turns the bridal chamber into a brothel'? (Singer 198). Some laws in America concerning contraceptives survived until the mid- 1960's when the Supreme Court declared them invasion of privacy (Madsen 325). The revised commandment number four, ?Bring children into the world only if they are wanted? (Singer 199), allows for population control as well as prevention of children who were never wanted and not loved. From 1930 when the population was two billion to today where the population is over five billion and is expected to rise above eleven billion by the middle of the next century. With these kinds of statistics revised dictates, such as this fourth one, are essential. The final of these five old commandments state, ? Treat all human life as always more precious than any non-human life? (Singer 201). If we compare a severely defective human infant with a non-human animal, a dog or

Movies CCD has become an important national on ground partner for Production Houses to promote movies better among the masses by means of colourful collaterals like ââ¬â posters, tent cards, danglers et al. Interactivity is ensured by conducting exciting contests around the movie wherein customers with the correct answers stand to win movie cassettes, CDs, movie tickets as prizes and also through a Lucky draw get a chance to win a ââ¬ËCoffee date with their favourite movie starsââ¬â¢. Hence, the ââ¬Ëtouch feelââ¬â¢ experience to the movie. The ââ¬ËMujhse Shaadi Karogiââ¬â¢ Promotion: The contest, starting July 10, 2004 ran across 168 cafes in 42 cities for a month, where any customer billing a ââ¬ËShagunââ¬â¢ amount of Rs 301 was guaranteed to win at least one prize ranging from audiocassettes to movie tickets and a chance to enter a lucky draw, which would win them a coffee date with Priyanka Chopra. To heighten the excitement, CCD even created an ambience of ââ¬ËShaadi Seasonââ¬â¢ with cafe staff wearing heart shaped badges with ââ¬ËMujhse Shaadi Karogi Contest @ CCDââ¬â¢ pinned on their shirts. Creatively designed posters and tent cards in the wedding card format were used as tools to encourage customers to be a part of this contest. Other Successful promotions have been conducted for movies like Ladder 49, The Village, Khakee,Mughal-e-Azam, Shabd etc. ContestsLevis The 6â⬠Below the Naval Jeans campaign, the Sykes Reversibles (Ulta Pulta) campaign, the Leviââ¬â¢s 501 campaign, the TLTT (The Leviââ¬â¢s Torture Test), the ââ¬ËHello Gorgeousââ¬â¢ campaign et all are some of the successful in cafe activations designed and executed for Leviââ¬â¢s. Every season CCD becomes an important media for Leviââ¬â¢s to launch its new range of apparels. Alongwith providing tremendous on ground visibility in terms of wall visuals, tent cards, danglers, posters etc. , a contest (wherein customers could win Leviââ¬â¢s GVs) is designed to inject customer interactivity and to add excitement to the entire campaign. The cohesiveness of the entire campaign is accentuated by creating a new drink and christening it as the Leviââ¬â¢s drink for the promo period! TVS Scooty The Valentine month in 2004 witnessed an innovative campaign for TVS Scooty. CCD promoted TVS Scooty by means of a creative promotion which besides adding visibility and customer interactivity also conveyed the brand attitude to the end customer and helped them relate to the same. Through the ââ¬ËTVS Scooty Valentine Singles Campaignââ¬â¢, customers were asked to enter the contest of why they would rather be single and make TVS Scooty their Valentine that year. The slogans/answers served as a feedback forum for the brand managers to analyze the brand connectivity of Scooty with its TG, not o mention the collection of database of the potential buyers. To add to the festivities of the Valentine month, CCD created 2 special combos called the TVS Valentine Combosââ¬â Hot Cold (2 ice blended Cold coffees/2 Cafe Mochas with a Chocolate Fantasy). Tent cards, Menu cards, Danglers, Posters, TV stickers, Badges Soap dispensers (in the rest rooms). Major Competitors Barista Lavazza Costa Coffee Qwikyââ¬â¢s Coffee Pub Mocha Georgia Coffee Customer Reviews Some Good Ones The perfect desert is the sizzling brownie they serve, its outstanding, whichever outlet you go to, the taste is the same. I was shocked to see a CCD in Ooty. No matter wherever you go, All the CCD ââ¬â¢s have the same ambience, furniture, menu. Music is not loud. good decor simple and comfortable. Yummy chocolate fantasy to go with chocolate sauce or ice creme Nice place.. pretty good ambience and hospitality fine too. Some bad ones The washrooms are not very well maintained, they need to improve the hygiene, some outlets have loud music playing which does not suit the image of the coffee shop. Snacksââ¬â¢ range is too limited. The amount you are giving for the snacks is not commensurated by the quality that you are getting in return for it The Cafe coffee Day board looks extremely dull dim and brings down your energy level. Its disappointing when you order your fav item and you get a reply its not available or out of stock I along with my friend visited CCD outlet on 01/05/2009 situated at Sayajigunj, Baroda, Gujarat and it was not a good experience. I sat at the table for more that 20 minutes but no one bothered to bring water or even menu card. Finally after asking the person repeatedly I was given only 1 menu card. Again I sat for 15 minutes to give my order but again nobody showed up so I went to the counter to give my order but the person seemed to be lost and didnââ¬â¢t care to take it. Now the biggest nightmare begins. I and my friend waited for couple of minutes but nobody served us. I inquired couple of times but no response. After 30 long minutes finally I was served without any apology. After finishing my coffee I had to go to the counter to pay and the cashier didnââ¬â¢t give me any receipt. This was the worst experience for me and it gives a bad picture of the company showing that maybe the standard of service is falling. The server was rude and more surprisingly there was no manager in the outlet. I wrote to Devahuti the customer service manager for all India on 2 may 2009 and he asked for my contact number, which I provided. The frustrating part is that no one ever called me even after sending 2 reminders. Looks like CCD doesnââ¬â¢t care about its customers. I am definitely not visiting it any more. It scores a big 0 for customer service. Stations of Experience Entrance Queue ââ¬â It is usually in weekends. The outlets do not provide any lounge or any sitting space for waiting customers, instead they tell the time when the seat will be available. Hall Station- Where the seats are there and customers select their seats according to their comfort. Food Station ââ¬â Where the board listing all the drinks and eateries on display are available. Order Process ââ¬â There is a cash counter where customers have to give the order and get the billing done. Delivery Process ââ¬â The order is delivered on the table to the customers. Table Clearing- It is a fast process and they are ready for Observations Positives Customer Centric Approach in case of providing products and the CRM tools. Cleanliness Value for Money Order Process Negatives Taste Quality of Products Decor- Furniture not so comfortable. Staff Behavior- Not courteous No Feedback system Slow Service Recommendations Taste Quality of ââ¬ËOther Drinksââ¬â¢ and deserts should be improved- Here ââ¬ËOther Drinksââ¬â¢ refer to non-coffee drinks like smoothies, ice tea, green tea etc. Delivery Time should be reduced. Feedback Mechanisms should be started. Training Development of Staff Ambience (Furniture Decor + Other Entertainment) should be improved. Availability of Products should be there if it is listed in the menu.

The Main Arguments for and against Turkey's entry to the EU Essay
The Main Arguments for and against Turkey's entry to the EU - Essay Example Since 1959, when Turkey sent in its application to join the European Union (then known as the European Economic Community), Europe has been pondering over the fact whether a primarily Islamic nation lying mostly outside European geographic borders can really be made a part of the Union. While Turkey and EU have a common past of contractual relationship for many years, which led to the negotiations for accession in 2005, the former has always been perceived as an outsider, with whom Europe established relationships primarily for security reasons. The decision to start official talks on Turkeyââ¬â¢s EU membership was made on 16 December 2004, while the accession negotiations started on 3 October 2005. This met with a hurdle, when Austria and Germany asked for permissions to allow ââ¬Ëprivileged partnershipââ¬â¢ for Turkey without actually making it a full member. With other member states not agreeing to this clause, accession negotiations started, aimed at a full membership. H owever, negotiations have been adjourned on many instances since 2006, primarily due to objections raised by Cyprus, which is against Turkeyââ¬â¢s accession to the EU membership (Barber, 2009). This is owing to the fact that currently the island of Cyprus is divided, wherein the Turkish troops have occupied its northern part and its ships are denied entry into Turkish ports. Austria and France have also declared their intention of holding a referendum on Turkey's EU membership. Currently, out of 35 accession chapters eight have been adjourned, which has effectively interrupted the membership negotiations. Owing to this, there has been a sharp fall in pro-EU support amongst the Turks, where a majority believe the accession process is biased and close-ended (Sayfa, 2013). A closer study reveals that majority of the EU member states never considered the EU-Turkey relationship as an essential part of the EU integration. Even after nearly five decades of EUââ¬â¢s relationship with Turkey, the perspective did not change, on the other hand the feeling of alienation increased on both sides (Cendrowicz, 2009). While a majority of the Europeans viewed Turkey as an outsider, the Turks felt that Europe as a political entity cannot be trusted, especially after the Treaty of Sevres post WWI, and furthermore after viewing unwillingness on part of the EU to assist Turkey once the accession negotiations started. In this context, the essay analyses the highly controversial issue of Turkeyââ¬â¢s integration into the EU, and highlights the main arguments for and against Turkey's entry to the Union. Discussion Hurdles to the EU accession based on legal principles There were six member states that created the European Community for Coal and Steel (primarily states from Western Europe) in 1952, later known as the European Economic Community or EEC (1957), and which is now referred to as the EU. The preamble of the EEC treaty stated very clearly that this treaty aimed at cre ating a close union among the European people. In the same treaty, Article 237 stated that all European states are eligible to become a part of this Community. This article has since them become the foundation for integration, and is an essential aspect in the political and legal basis of the EU and the Unionââ¬â¢s policy to unite Europe. This aspect has been reiterated in the 1993 Maastricht Treaty and had been considered in the proposal for 2004 drafting of the treaty for the Constitution for Europe, ratified by all EU member states. This treaty states in Article I-58 that all European states are free to enter the Union. Thus, here the main emphasis has always been on ââ¬ËEuropean states,ââ¬â¢ and all contractual provisions become a part of the common law framed by the different European treaties, binding

Ethics Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words
Ethics - Essay Example This is particularly true when it comes to fellow professionals or protecting the reputation of our particular field. While ââ¬Å"whistleblowersâ⬠are praised for their courage and integrity, the personal cost of ââ¬Å"doing the right thingâ⬠can mean death to a career. Such behavior can also seriously affect the career of fellow professionals. A good example of the problems involved in balancing ones duty to fellow professionals and doing the right thing when one sees something wrong is clearly laid out by Michael Davis in Thinking Like an Engineer: Studies in the Ethics of a Profession. Davis outlines events leading up to the now infamous Challenger disaster brought on by certain engineering decisions regarding the questionable safety of ORings (4 Codes and Ethics of the Challenger, p 43-44). In reading the account the ââ¬Å"blameâ⬠seems to fall upon one man, Robert Lund, vice president of engineering at Morton Thiokol, manufacturer of faulty ORings which were blamed for the tragedy. A team of engineers had recommended the flight be scraped, but Lund, with pressure from various people at the Space Center, was persuaded to allow the project to go forward. Space Center officials were ââ¬Å"appalled at the evidence on which the no-launch recommendation was based.â⬠(p44). Lund was in a professional bind. Should he take the advice of fellow engineers at Thiokol, or go with the recommendation of officials at the Space Center most of them engineers, to go forward. There was a lot of money at stake for Thiokol, and Lund knew it. The reputations of engineers were also at stake. He had to choose between duty to fellow professionals and pressure from outsiders to ââ¬Å"think like a manager.â⬠(p44) He chose the latter to disastrous results. It is easy as a professional to judge Lundââ¬â¢s decision in hindsight. Should he have blown the whistle then? Did he even think it necessary?

Because of the restaurant, Dominos can market too many different segments that other pizza chains cannot. For example, Dominos can market to families much easier than Dominos o r Little Caesars. Dominos weaknesses: The fact that Dominos does have a restaurant to run is also a weakness. Dominos has higher overhead costs, due to the restaurant that other competitors dont have to deal with. Another result of higher overhead costs is higher prices Dominos must charge. Obviously, Dominos is not the low cost producer. They rely on their quality pizza and good service to account for their higher prices. They are providing less range of products comparatively with high prices. They are more focused on western taste instead of Eastern. Very few outlets have dine-in facilities The menu is limited and pricey, and there are very few budget items on the menu. Opportunities: New markets can be explored and new opportunities they can gain. Dominos can come up with the new products considering the Eastern taste of the people as like McDonalds. Diversification of new products can increase their market share. They can reduce their prices because of more Dominos. Threats: Dominos number one threats are from their competitors. Currently, Their closest competitor is pizza hut who is working to open their Branch rapidly. Dominos main competitive advantage over Pizza hut is their lower price. Evaluate dominos company strategies with other different companies: Dominos has succeeded in expanding over continents and observed spectacular achievements, but in efforts to develop globally it has not been able to manage the domestic market with full efficiency and as a result, is losing grounds in the domestic market. Dominos has raised the standards of pizza industry to great heights, but in current economic situation, rising commodity prices and decrease in peoples purchasing power, it is struggling to balance between profitability and maintaining its standards. The increasing competition in the fast food industry adds to its array of challenges. A critical factor in Pizza Huts success has been a menu that has constantly evolved and expanded to cater to the changing needs and specific preferences of customers in different parts of the world. In having understood the pulse of the customers, Pizza Hut has clearly established itself as a brand with a Britain heart and Dominos need to learn that. Benchmarking: The status of Dominos has been as a private company, After making benchmarks with competitors, it has been observed that the level of sales for many years has been the same, which is a big achievement and is financial indicator that the organisation is towards growth and success in the retail business. It seems like good news for company. Speaking of bad news, the growth at which the competitors were going it was faster as compared to that of Dominos. It was actually giving up market share. At the same time, Dominos were celebrating internal celebrations of the fact that against our own internal matrix Dominos were doing well. Dominos did not only have to consider the past achievements and results in benchmarking but also it needed to take a look around at competitors, and on many occasions, Dominos require to realize what their outcomes are and initiate to grip ourselves responsible for that particular level of functioning. Dominos accept unevenness since dominos can choose a lot of people around us who are just as mediocre as dominos are. I want to find the very, very best, and I want to benchmark against them, and I want to get as good or better. I think if I lead that expectation and I get my team and my organization to embrace it, thats how dominos were going to become world-class performers. Takeaways Upon successful establishment of a business, masses think that there is no room of improvement any more, but things change either towards betterment or worseness. The minute companies become satisfied and pathetic in a minute when they go down. when To have a high-performance organization, you must foster a culture of continuous improvement. Dont accept mediocrity. Instead, look to your competitors, and benchmark yourself against them to achieve world-class performance. Organisation business plan: A businesss plan is the way of decisions and conducts made by the business to accomplish its goals. A business has a diversity of goals and objectives. In order to achieve business goals businesses should make sure that they organize their business in most efficient and effective manner; in achieving those objectives different plans are made. In the same way, Dominos has laid down many objectives which will help achieve the targets. Internal and external changes in the environment have made Dominos to reconsider the past strategies. The PEST and SWOT analysis illustrate the changes in environment. After rethinking all the factors Dominos has taken decision upon establishment of business plan, called functional plans These plans have been designed to make improvement in the operation efficiency of a business. All business organizations take on plans at practical level as once the practical objectives are accomplished; business objectives turn out to be easy. In order to make the practical strategy well organized, Dominos has made coordination among all its department. Porters Five Forces analysis of market structure The competitiveness of any company can be evaluated using famous five Porter`s forces. Porters Five Forces make an effort to analyse the charm of any industry by looking five forces in the market. Porter suggests that the probability of commencement of profits in a given industry will be depended on five factors. 1. The probability of new entrants, for example more the barriers for entry of new entrants are places more the chances of present market capturing firm to make high profits. The chances of entering a market would be hard if: Heavy capital spending is required which would constitute to big entry cost. Firms which are already equipped with past experience and knowledge of marketing would be advantageous. Another new entry barrier could be a Government policy, which blocks entry or makes it uneasy; for example, imposition of tax on imports which would make a barrier for foreign firm to get entry in the local market. The current brands are more reliable and have a high level of trust on their name The reaction of established firms could be hard hitting towards new comers in pricing The established entities could be in much more domination over supplies, for example, more proportion of the market is under influence of companies as De Beers. 2. The power of buyers. The stronger the power of buyers in an industry the more likely it is that they will be able to force down prices and reduce the profits of firms that provide the product. Buyer authority will be more if: Market does not have many big buyers, so established ones would be of particular importance to the firm. To gain the trust of buyer, it is very essential to bear in mind that provision of services should be of high standard at a reasonable price. As buyers could have strong bargaining power and could actually take possession of the firm, this warning could lead to better provision of services. 3. The power of suppliers. If suppliers are in a position in a particular market that their dominance is very strong that new entrants have fewer chances to make profits out of that sector because market is influences by those established suppliers which gives them power to decide how the business should operate in that sector. Suppliers will be more dominant if: They are in small numbers (leaving fewer choices). To go from one supplier to another would not be easy or could be very costly. The bargaining power of supplier can give them enough control to take hold of existing firms. 4. The extent of competition This estimates the degree of rivalry among those operating firm. Higher competition would make lesser chances for operating firms to make higher earnings. Competition will be complex if: There is greater proportion of parallel firms in terms of their masses and all going for a tough competition to capture consumers in the same market. The ultimate result for industry leavers could be threatening, because their funds are invested. This means the established firms will not take it easy and will fight hard in order to keep their resources intact. In a situation where there is higher level of capacity utilisation then prevailing firms will put an effort to win the sales to increase their own demand. There will be a fight in a crunching market when volumes of sales will be getting lower. If there is not much reliability then consumers are most likely to switch. 5. Additional threat. This measures the extent to which buyer can change its taste and move on to other products of the same industry e.g. travel in public busses rather than private cars. By looking at Porters analysis, we see that firms are more likely to get higher rewards if the business: Is complex to pass in Has not much competition Has to deal with small buyers Has to deal with small suppliers Have no other alternatives. Whereas, rewards are more likely to be lower if: Entrants can pass in easily There is high level of competition within the industry The Buyers are powerful The Suppliers are powerful There are other options available For top management it is crucial that they understand and acknowledge the consequences of Porters five factors before making a decision of industry to operate into. Ways to make favourable outcome should be sorted by trying to bring change in these five factors For example: One solution could be the mergers between rivals, there are such examples in the past in automobiles industry, pharmaceuticals and banking industries when rivals merged together to remove competition. If distributors could be bought up by firms then more influence of buyers can be achieved. If firms can stand out themselves among their rivals by unique selling proposition then this could good achieve positive results for the firm, the example of such marketing practitioner would be Coca Cola if they respond energetically to a firm that enters its market this may deter potential entrants in the future These five forces tend to change accordingly conditions of the market. For instance, customers have access to wide range of information these days to compare their options and prices; this makes consumer a powerful individual. The exposure of world markets (for example through the efforts of the WTO to increase the effect of safeguarding trade limits has led to much more competition in markets in past few years. In North America, It has been seen that in automobile industry leader Toyota is declining where as General Motors has risen in terms of sales recently just because consumers have now more options. At the same time, World Wide Web has even made easier for producers to enter in the markets because people have access to the internet all over the globe and online shopping trend is increasing day by day. The world of business is dynamic and environment surrounding particular industry is unpredictable and will keep changing. International market approach: Dominos concept is focused on outstanding people on a task to become the greatest pizza delivery company on earth. The commitment is to bring joy, energy and value to customers by making a delivery of pizza on time. Because the aim of the company is not only to provide services on their outlets in fact reaching out to customers on single call and by way of quickest delivery be at their door step. Customer should have many options to choose from the menu. Variety of different combination would give an edge. Customer should have the feeling that he is getting the finest offer whereas company making sure that it is earning to its extra potentials. Menu cards show that different types of pizzas have different prices on them; family size pizza can be one example of this. The extreme profit is made in meat items which is again with different combinations and verities is combined together to make an individual pizza. As soon as customer is on the table or an order has been made from outside, not only reasonable price is charged but also on some occasions discount coupons are provided to customers so that not only they can have their delicious food in a fine environment but also have some inducement to buy from Dominos. Hence, consumers are compelled to uphold trust towards Dominos. Endurance, shaping relationships and making use of change in condition Over long period of time, Dominos has grown and brought a wide range of products to the table which gave Dominos an additive advantage over its competitors, which included internationally famous pizzas for instance, Italian pizza, pan pizza and stuffed crust. In the menu offers the option of a complete meal. Besides, Dominos are nowhere behind their competitor Pizza Hut in bringing in home tradition. Dominos have a firm belief in their slogan that Think global act local. How the firm should make an entry into the market: Dominos Pizza could manage to cover the market by providing Pizza with a quick home delivery system. Dominos not only captures walking customers but also makes advertising on various media to capture wider areas so that more market is covered. Progress plan: Pizza hut is defined generally as a family deal. The reason behind it is they dont approach their customers in a direct way. They focus entire proportion at the other hand their rivals focus a certain demographical area. However pizza hut aims at a wide range of population. By successfully doing this, they achieve their targets in a profitable manner. They are faced by many rivals in the industry due to which they have to do almost everything to stay in the market because their competitors are on every high street. Pizza hut not only makes a commitment to provide best food but also considers the prize to which it should be delivered, making it as reasonable as possible. They try to give something extra in their commitment, i.e. in their food they give unique variety of stuff crust which brings customers to their doors every now and then. Their menus also have vegetarian pizzas with salad and past bar which is not offered by many restaurants. This is one of those ideas which could attract more customers. Likely development in next 10 to 20 years: Top management level of Dominos is unable to grasp the key idea which could bring change growth and innovation. They couldn`t get the whole process from which an organisation goes through which starts from birth and taken to a level of growth and maturity eventually reaching at a level of decline. This process is simply unavoidable. In the initial stage of growth, capital expenditures are made with very little or no return. Its only through crunching operational incompetence and ineffectiveness, obtaining and or inclining market share that companies regain their initial capital expenditures Dominos stayed at position of S-Curve where maximum return are being gained without taking account of the fact that decline of profits are probable. Only time can tell whether they have team and leadership development which will finally decide whether they will incline or decline. Reasonable suggestions for enhancement and advancement in overall scenario. â⬠¢Bring new things in the way Pizzas are made. â⬠¢Concentrate on areas where the outlets are situated. â⬠¢Take the quality of pizza the upper level. â⬠¢Maintain good environment in outlets. â⬠¢Should concentrate more on marketing itself confidently. Conclusion: Dominos Pizza regularly innovates the way its product goes with the likings of its customers and in feedback getting customers satisfaction. The slogan of this company which illustrates its aim is that Think Global and act local. Hence, every now and again Dominos Pizza has been suiting its products with delicious touch for consumers. Moreover, giving quality food at reasonable price has been one of the earliest mottos. Steps have been taken such as Fun Meal and Pizza Mania to popularize it more among consumers.
